Wildlife Team Continued
The "Girl Power" team gathered some movement from one of their artificial burrows.  They went out to deploy their monitoring system for a second time in the field with the idea of collecting data from the DVR system when motion was detected only.  This second deployment did not have the system running full time but would be used only when some organism came near or went in the burrows.  Their sytem was still using on grid using electricity from a maintenance shed near by.  They did change one site to record activity from where deer frequently visit.

Now to prepare for going off grid using solar panels, a shelter had to be built to hold the three solar panels.   These gals are now not only learning the role of an electrical engineer but now add mechanical engineer to their resume.

Look at their great shelter that slants the solar panels at just the right angle.
